We are pleased to announce that an employee of the Faculty of Philosophy of UPJPII, Dr. Paweł Polak, Prof. UPJPII, head of the Department of History and Philosophy of Science, has been appointed a Member-Expert of the Committee on the History of Science and Technology of the Polish Academy of Sciences for the term 2020-2023. This is the first such appointment in the history of our Faculty and University. We are pleased with this distinction and congratulate the Professor!
