The information below refers to the previous edition of the competition. When NAWA announces the new edition, we will share it here.

As a result of our receiving the highest marks awarded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, we are honored to participate in the "POLAND MY FIRST CHOICE" scholarship programme, which is addressed to foreigners. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the programme, as well as our educational offer.

The Faculty of Philosophy warmly invites you to participate in the "Philosophy in English" Master's programme. This is a full-time, second-degree course of studies (Master's, two years). In addition to gaining knowledge of philosophy and its related disciplines, the "POLAND MY FIRST CHOICE" scholarship offers a monthly stipend of PLN 2,000 (approx. EUR 460), which will be paid throughout the period of regular education.  Additionally, the scholarship covers tuition costs, enabling recipients to study free of charge. Tuition costs without financial aid are PLN 4300 (approx. EUR 927) per semester.

It is worth noting that philosophy is one of the most popular Master's degree choices. Apart from providing a deeper knowledge of history, philosophy teaches critical thinking, the art of argumentation, and the basic principles of rhetoric. These together form a foundation that allows the individual to look at many issues from a different (often critical) perspective. It also helps them to avoid losing themselves in the contemporary world.

Due to the current epidemiological state, the deadline for application submissions was prolonged to 15.06.2020, see more here.
