List of documents required to apply for philosophy in English

• a diploma of studies (a scan for online recruitment, a copy delivered to the office, and the original presented for inspection)

• a diploma supplement/transcript of grades (a scan for online recruitment, a copy delivered to the office, and the original presented for inspection)

• the apostille/legalization

• an official translation of the diploma and its supplement (this only applies to documents that were NOT issued in Polish or English)

• a document that confirms that the diploma entitles the holder to apply for admission to a second-cycle program of studies at any type of university (this is only necessary if no such information is detailed on the document)

• a certificate of recognition of the diploma (this only applies to diplomas that are not recognized on the territory of the Republic of Poland by law or under international agreements)

• the recruitment form (generated after having completed the online recruitment)

• proof of payment (recruitment fee)

• a document confirming the applicant's knowledge of English at a B2 level

• a picture of the applicant (this should meet the requirements of a standard passport photo)
